2019 Sir Walter Miler Pre-Race Videos

For the 2019 event, we had Allison Lovette join us to highlight some things about the Sir Walter Miler that you may or may not know about. She first highlighted the event in general, and then took a deeper look a local standout, Sammy George, and her coach, Sir Walter Miler Men’s Elite Coordinator, Stephen Furst. Finally, she joined us at the 2019 Pop Up Miles Championship to see what goes on there!
