Craig Forys is back from Europe with a shiny new personal best of 13:34 in the 5000 meters. Now he’s ready to improve on his personal best of 4:01.87 in the mile. Craig is a returning athlete and will be running for Team USA, a team he’s competed for before at the IAAF World Cross Country Championships (see photo).
