2023 Vendor Invitation

The Sir Walter Miler is accepting requests from vendors to participate in the 10th annual Miler on Friday, August 4th, 2023 at the Meredith College track and field complex.

The Sir Walter Miler is an annual professional sporting event organized by Sir Walter Running, a local non-profit. The event attracts over 3,000 fans each year to watch elite track athletes around the country converge on Raleigh, NC to compete in the 1 mile track race.

We invite local businesses, professionals, and community members to participate in the Vendor Village. Here, you will have the opportunity to table and interact with event attendees in a festival-like atmosphere.

A few details:

• We expect over 3,000 attendees, most of whom will walk right by your table
• Space for 15 vendors is available
• As a vendor, bring a tent (up to 12’x12’), table, and signage
• Setup by 6:00pm, take down by 9:00pm
• Stay and watch the races! Community races start at 8:30pm, professional races start at 9:00pm
