1. This is my first year as a pro, running for HOKA NAZ Elite in Flagstaff, AZ
2. I have a twin brother who is a musician in Nashville, TN. His Spotify is Tyler Nichols if you want to check him out!!! I really like his song “Roller Coaster.”
3. I was a gymnast for 8 years and a cheerleader for 5. Flipping around in circles was my first love but running in circles is a close second.
4. I have a kitty named Moshi. She’s really cute.
5. I’m from Kettering, OH and graduated from The Ohio State University. I finished my college eligibility at University of Colorado. Go Bucks and Buffs!

1. Do you have any superstitions/pre-race rituals?Pre race ritual: not really. I tuck my shoe laces so they don’t flop around and say a little prayer.
2. What’s your favorite sport (or athlete) to watch, besides running? I love watching gymnastics, ice skating, and hip hop dancing. I went though phase recently where Irish dancing videos kept coming up on my feed and I was really enjoying it.
3. What’s a show or movie you’ve seen lately that’s worth watching? Avatar- the way of the water
4. What’s a song or podcast that’s currently on your playlist? “Calm down” by Selena Gomez
5. Do you have any connections to Raleigh or North Carolina? No! I always went during undergrad to Raleigh Relays and it was always the best time.
