I grew up on a small farm in Pulaski Virginia and it’s just my parents and I. We have two horses and one Great Dane named Thunder.
I went to Virginia Tech and graduated with a biology degree in 2023, running all 4 years at VT. Then I transferred for my fifth year (Covid year) for my masters and last year of running from 2024-2025. After being completely done I moved to Blacksburg Va (back home) to run pro and finish my online master’s in Public Health from Oklahoma State.
I love horses and animals ; my passion is to become an equine acupuncturist vet and help any animals but specifically horses in a more holistic approach.
I love to snowboard ! It’s my other favorite activity but it’s been a few years. I am excited to one day get back into it.
I love my faith! I’m all about it and about spreading joy & peace to others.

What’s one place you’ve run that you wish everyone could grab a few miles on? New River Trail is a classic favorite down near my hometown (Pulaski, Va)
What’s your favorite way to hydrate to beat the heat of the Summer? LMNT but I have been trying other electrolytes too!
