I’m an Australian that grew up on the coast. My mother is a school teacher at Danebank. A private girls school and my Father is a carpenter that recently worked with people with disabilities and now is in aviation security.
I was a great swimmer and surf life saver in my youth. I spent a lot of time in the ocean before I hit the track at 16.
I went to the university of Wisconsin for college here in the US. Majored in Econ. Loved the experience and the Midwest
I’m a coffee drinker and have an impressive set up at home with my own La Marzocco Linear mini and Pico grinder. I also am a member of the coffee club podcast with fellow professional runners George Beamish and Morgan McDonald.
I have a 5 year old spoilt and very chunky English bulldog named Gus. He loves going on short sprints and long walks and hikes. He likes cucumbers and pup cups but his favourite is homemade lasagna that he gets on his birthday.

What is your song of the Summer? Song of the summer is victory lap Fred again.
What’s one place you’ve run that you wish everyone could grab a few miles on? Saint Moritz trail is lovely I hope people get there one day if they haven’t already.
What’s your favorite way to hydrate to beat the heat of the Summer? Sparkling water with lime or chocolate milk in the evenings
What’s something you do for fun in your “offseason?” I surf like crazy as I’m currently land locked and miss it terribly
Do you have any connections to Raleigh and/or North Carolina? I have no connections but hoping to make some this time around!
