1. What is your song of the Summer? BUTTERFLIES by Justin Bieber
2. What’s one place you’ve run that you wish everyone could grab a few miles on? Everyone should run on the carriage trails in Acadia National Park Maine!
3. What’s your favorite way to hydrate to beat the heat of the Summer? I’m a big fan of Citrus Salt LMNT or lime nuun, so you’ll find me drinking these before, during, and after summer runs.
4. What’s something you do for fun in your “offseason?” During the off season, I love going on road trips and camping with my husband Brandon.
5. Do you have any connections to Raleigh and/or North Carolina? I joined the Puma Elite Running Team in 2022, and have been living in the Cary area since!
