I love being creative and expressing myself through style, whether that’s doing my nails, trying fun hairstyles, bedazzling things, or anything sparkly.
My Poppop taught me how to sail when I was young, and I spent many summers sailing around the Chesapeake Bay with my family.
I drive a red 2016 Mazda that I call the Hello Kitty Mobile because I’ve decorated the interior with Hello Kitty.
My favorite show is Dance Moms, and I quote Abby Lee Miller way more often than I should.

When you’re not training, what’s one of your favorite activities? I love to do my nails, play trivia, And walk my dog
Do you have any connections to Raleigh and/or North Carolina? Yes, Raleigh Relays in college was one of my first breakthrough races in the 1500 where I ran 4:10 for the first time, and that was a major goal for me at the time. I will always remember that race as a special day and very formative for my running career.
