I have 2 dogs, Tucker and Minnie, and a cat, Lucille. We just adopted Lucille at the end of June!

My grandparents live in Cary, so I’ll often spend Thanksgiving in North Carolina.

One of my favorite activities is baking sourdough bread – and eating it.

I broke 4:30 in the mile for the first time at Sir Walter in 2021!

- What is your go-to training shoe? On Cloudmonster
- What’s your favorite cross training activity? Aqua jogging. And it’s the most fun with friends!
- What’s a show, movie, or podcast that everyone should check out? Everything, Everywhere, All at Once. I had no clue what this movie was about, and it ended up being quite memorable and impactful.
- If I weren’t a runner, I’d mostly likely be… in my final year of med school!
- Do you have any connections to Raleigh and/or North Carolina? A bunch of my mom’s family lives in the Raleigh area. I always love to visit, and really enjoy the area.
