- I was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina and graduated from Cardinal Gibbons High School in 2020.
- I graduated from Furman University in 2025. I have since signed with Under Armour Darksky and moved to Flagstaff, Arizona.
- I primarily run the steeplechase, but I love competing in a fast mile.
- Last time I checked I can still dunk a basketball.
- Last year I accurately predicted that the Canes would bring home the cup in my SWM athlete bio!

- What is a movie or show you have seen lately that others should tune into?I watched Gladiator with some friends recently, always good to revisit a classic.
- What is a book or podcast that is worth checking out? I’ve read a bunch of books this year, I’d recommend “Into Thin Air” and “Killers of the Flower Moon”
- What is your “Song of the Summer?” Makeup, The Bends
- When you’re not training, what’s one of your favorite activities? I enjoy fishing or really anything to do with a lake
