5 Things About Me: Lucas Manring
-
Won back-to-back Missouri state titles in the 800m (’07 / ’08). Ran both races wire-to-wire.
-
Grew up in Stockton, Missouri, home of black walnuts, unmatched spots for cliff diving, and frequent tornado drills.
-
Ran four years for Central Methodist University and earned a degree in accounting, because, well, bills.
-
Hidden talents: trombone and piano playing, skateboarding, juggling.
-
Started running at age 12 because my sister was trying to get in shape, but didn’t want to jog alone.
