I am from Nandi Hills, Kenya.
I like to watch races to pass the day before my race.
I am an outdoor person and I like adventure.
Apart from listening to music, I like to watch TV series.
I did my undergraduate degree and master’s degree at the University of Arkansas.

Do you have any superstitions/pre-race rituals? My pre race ritual is listening to music as I wait to warm up before the race.
What’s your favorite sport (or athlete) to watch, besides running? I like to watch soccer and my favourite team is Manchester United. I also like to watch basketball.
What’s a show or movie you’ve seen lately that’s worth watching? The latest movie worth watching is Extraction 2.
What’s a song or podcast that’s currently on your playlist? The song in my playlist is Jonas Blue – ‘Rise feat Jack and Jack’.
Do you have any connections to Raleigh or North Carolina? The first college I attended was Campbell University, which is around 45 minutes away. During the outdoor track season, I competed in Raleigh Relays and also did our long runs in Umstead and on the American Tobacco Trail.
