5 Things About Me: Flomena Asekol
- I moved to the USA from Kenya and first attended New Mexico Junior College before transferring to the University of Alabama. I finished my eligibility at the University of Florida this spring. Go Gators!
- If I could only eat one meal for the rest of my life, it would be Chipotle.
- If napping was a professional sport, I would be contending for the gold medal at the Olympics.
- I grew up in a rural village in Kenya called Kapkunyuk. We have lots of farmland and livestock. Yes, I can milk a cow!
- I am the youngest of 5 siblings. In my culture, I am known as the “lastborn”. The joke is we are typically the lazy sibling and make a big deal out of everything.
