- I’m from Austin Texas, the Live Music Capital of the World.
- I’m a mom…of a 3.5 year old dalmatian named Shiesty.
- I started taking piano lessons this year and can play a total of 3 beginner friendly songs.
- I went to the University of Colorado in Boulder and worked under “Coach Prime” for a year after I graduated (sko buffs).
- In college I double majored in Psychology and Gender Studies, took some pre-law courses and eventually took the LSAT where I scored a 173.

- What is a movie or show you have seen lately that others should tune into? I appreciate the brain rot of Love Island, but if I’m trying to be more sophisticated I’ll watch Silo on Apple TV.
- What is a book or podcast that is worth checking out? I really like true crime podcasts like Morbid or Crime Junkie. There’s always an episode for new places I visit.
- What is your “Song of the Summer?” Coconut Water – Trim
- When you’re not training, what’s one of your favorite activities? When training is really intense I love a good couch rot and show binge.
- Do you have any connections to Raleigh and/or North Carolina? Yes! The two brothers and their dad (our coach) I grew up running with lived in Raleigh and have since moved closer to the beach.
