1. I like running and spending time with my family.
2. I came to the US on scholarship to study and run.
3. I started at Gillette College before transferring to Iowa State.
4. I have run the 800 meters in 1:44.
5. I’m the oldest of three boys and am from Eldoret, Kenya.

3. What’s your go-to pre-run meal or snack? My pre-run meal, I just take coffee.
4. Do you have any connections to Raleigh or North Carolina? Yes, I have connections to North Carolina, I won my 2 NJCAA National Indoor Championships in 2016 (at JDL Fast Track).
5. One positive change I’ve seen in the sport in the past year is… that it needs patience and consistency everyone who works hard will eventually get rewarded by God.
